Here we review some of the latest and most exciting topics being discussed at recent international anesthesia congresses.

The articles presented discuss a wide variety of different areas in anesthesia. The focus is on areas that anesthesiologists are discussing and describe as “hot topics”.

The content presented here has been previously published in the newsletter Aspects in Anesthesia, which is reviewed by AnesthesiaNow Advisory Board member Professor Rajinder Mirakhur and also Professor Francois Donati, Director of Research at the University of Montreal in Quebec, Canada.
